Letter from Tacoma #94: August 14, 2017

Oh man! I'm way exhausted right now. This might end up being a short email, cause my train of thought is just going everywhere and nowhere at the same time.

Biggest highlight of this week: Mission-wide 9 to 9.

A 9 to 9 is when a companionship leaves the apartment at 9 AM and starts tracting, and they don't stop except for meals and bathroom breaks, until the end of the night at 9 PM.

This was one of our AP's bright ideas, to have the whole mission do a 9 to 9 this Friday. So, we did. We weren't really excited to do it, but it ended up being a lot of fun. We kept ourselves motivated and entertained, plus there were a bunch black berry bushes along the road to snack on as we travelled.

Yeah, lots of fun. We taught a couple people, gave away a few books and pamphlets, but nobody was willing to have us come back again at the moment. Sad face. But at least we're planting seeds.

So, I'm pretty sure why I'm so exhausted is I'm still feeling the 9 to 9, even though that was three days ago. That, and I find I'm having trouble sleeping lately. Don't know for sure why, but I blame the warm weather. Thankfully the past couple of days have been a bit cooler. I'm excited for Autumn to be here again. That has to be one of my favorite seasons, that and Spring.

I think that's really about it from me. It's exciting to think that Brandon will be going on his mission this week! That's pretty crazy! But that means I'll have at least one more sibling writing to me on P-Days. lol

I'm still doing good. And I'm busy trying to share the gospel with everybody*.

*I mean, Everybody

Love you all!
